Memory Care provides a higher level of clinical oversight geared towards the unique needs of your loved one. Our full-time nurse leads a specially-trained Care Team who supports all aspects of health and wellness. The Team oversees a care plan designed to maximize physical, social, mental, and emotional abilities.

We provide a safe and supportive home that is focused on the absolute best possible quality of life. You’ll find that our attention to detail sets us apart, and our open-concept floor plan promotes socialization, active movement, exploration, and enhanced safety.

Memory Care Options at Evin

You weren’t meant for a one-size-fits-all lifestyle, you were meant for Living a Community-Inspired Life! Choose the space and style of residence that meets your needs both now and in the future. Your monthly fees at Evin cover a variety of services and amenities, as well as options for future care should you need it. Memory Care services are available as a package. Our trained health care staff will customize your care with you and your trusted family members to design the perfect amount of support for your needs.

Included in your monthly fee:

A more intimate and home-like community with only 22 specialty care residents
Deluxe studios feature kitchenettes with a mini-refrigerator and sink
Assistance with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing and personal hygiene
Medication management and administration, including diabetic monitoring
Daily light housekeeping, bed making, and trash removal
Weekly housekeeping, changing flat linens, and laundry
Three meals per day prepared fresh and served in our dining room plus healthy snacks available in between meals and at night
Personal call pendant, emergency pull cord system, & 24-hour awake staff response times
All utilities, including individually controlled heat and A/C, gas, electric, water/sewer, and trash concierge
Direct TV, including premium channels such as HBO and Golf Channel
Wireless internet
A variety of regular programs designed to engage you as part of our person-centered approach to wellbeing
Scheduled group transportation for local outings and shopping

Available Services (additional fees may apply):

Prior to receiving Specialty Care services from the Care Team, you will receive an initial health assessment by a licensed health professional. The initial assessment must be completed before the Care Staff can provide you with any services, in accordance with Wisconsin Health Services law. Ongoing assessments will be conducted by our Care Team to ensure your Specialty Care services package continues to meet your needs.
