Executive Director
Emily started at Evin in May 2024. She has many years of healthcare experience and over a decade of experience specifically within the senior living industry. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Management and also obtained an industry-specific training as a Dementia Capable Care Specialist.
Emily prides herself on a resident-focused approach and leading with compassion. She finds a true passion in building relationships and helping others.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys being outdoors in her garden, traveling, baking, and spending time with loved ones, including her husband and two sons.
Community Relations Manager
Kat began her journey with Evin in June 2021 as the Activity Director and transitioned to her current role in January of 2023. She brings 14 years of experience in senior living, following 17 years in the banking industry, to the team.
Kat is dedicated to helping seniors embrace and find joy in this chapter of their lives, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and enriched every day.
Kat lives in Oconomowoc and in her spare time you can often find her volunteering within the community or traveling and hiking with her husband, Jeremy.
Clinical Director
Hannah began her career with Evin in October 2021 as a caregiver and nurse intern while attending nursing school. After graduating in May 2024, she transitioned to the role of Evin RN Clinical Manager.
Hannah cares deeply for the residents of Evin, bringing her dedication and compassion to her work every day.
A resident of Oconomowoc, Hannah enjoys spending her free time visiting her parents’ home, where she enjoys the company of their diverse array of animals, including a ferret, bunny, horses, dogs, and more.
Activity Director
Sophie has been with Evin since 2023. She has a Master’s Degree in Geropsychology which has helped her immensely in the different transitions with senior living.
Sophie loves all things arts and crafts and uses her skills to enrich the daily lives of our community members.
In her free time, Sophie and her husband, Daniel, love to spend time outdoors and enjoy playing sports.
Maintenance Manager
Don has worked at Evin since its opening in 2020 but has been with Koru Health since 2019. Before joining Koru, he worked as an Independent Contractor installing decorative concrete coatings.
Don is very passionate about his work at Evin, focusing on creating an inviting space for everyone to enjoy.
He is happily married to Amy, and together they have four sons and ten grandchildren. Don enjoys fishing up north and traveling to visit his grandchildren in his spare time.
Culinary Director
Terri has been with Koru Health since 2021. She brings with her over 40 years of food service experience and is very passionate about providing appetizing and flavorful meals to our residents.
Terri is married with three adult children. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her seven grandchildren and go up north to her cabin.
